Abstract

The study aimed to identify the personal characteristics of the reform committee's members and its relation to the psychological social adjustment of the beneficiary's families sons from its services. To achieve this objective, the study followed the descriptive approach with its predictive correlation, and after the validity and reliability of: personal characteristics scale (Al- Ruwayta, 2012), and psychological social adjustment scale (Al- Harbi, 2015), the personal characteristics scale was applied to the reform committee's members, which numbered (51)- whose were the total of the study population after deducting the sample of the survey sample- , while the measure of psycho- social adjustment was applied to the children of the families benefiting from the services of the committee, where 131 students were selected who study in the middle and secondary stages. By using the appropriate statistical methods, the study found that the most prominent characteristics of the members of the reform committee were in order: openness to the experience with mean (3.73), the computation with mean (3.65), the conscience with mean (3.41), admissibility (3.27), and neurosis (2.71). The total score of psychosocial social adjustment among the families benefiting sons from the services of the committee was high with an average of (3.27), and St.D. (0.85). The results also revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation between Personal status of the members of the Committee and the psychosocial adjustment of the children of the beneficiary families , Can also predict the degree of psychological and social compatibility through the personal attributes of the secondary school students of Al- Baha, according to these results were presented a set of recommendations
